Complaint

Humans are not infallible , so it may happen that you want to return or exchange our goods. How to do it?

For personalized goods (with a name or initial), we are unable to refund or exchange the goods, unless we made a mistake in the production of MY. If you have received the wrong size, an error in the text, a different color than what was ordered or the goods have been damaged in any other way. Do not hesitate to contact us. In this case, you are entitled to return the goods free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Within 14 working days from the delivery of the goods to our warehouse, the money will be sent back to your account.

We do not guarantee any changes after the order has been placed. You can write to our customer support at info@staylittle.cz and if your order is no longer in production, we will do everything in our power to negotiate a change.

SIZE

Please check the size chart in the product description. And that for each product separately. We cannot exchange personalized goods even for a smaller or larger size if they do not fit. As we care about sustainability above all, returned goods would no longer be usable due to the personalized embroidery.

WASHING

Please see our laundry care labels - all our testing is based on this information to ensure there is no damage such as shrinkage, pilling or discoloration.

  • We strongly do not recommend drying the products in a tumble dryer
  • We recommend washing inside out at a maximum of 30 degrees
  • Iron at low temperatures
  • Do not bleach.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused by washing. Subject to the above, we cannot exchange any goods that we discover have been damaged during washing.

DEFECTIVE PIECE

In the rare event that you encounter a defective product, we ask that you return it to us for investigation and replacement.

 

If you only wish to exchange the goods after our error, contact us before sending the goods to our email info@staylittle.cz , where our customer service will take care of you.

If the goods are in stock, we will always do our best to make the exchange happen. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you this option due to limited production.

 

Please return goods with all tags, unused and in original condition. As part of being environmentally friendly, we would be grateful if you could send it back in our original box.

1. fill out the return form

2. pack the goods preferably in the original box together with the completed return form

3. bring the sealed box to the nearest Zásilkovna branch and say the code: 96797143

4. take the package delivery receipt

5. wait for a confirmation email from us that the package has arrived at our warehouse

6. We will send the money within 14 days if the goods are in order

 

If you paid via GoPay or cash on delivery, don't forget to let us know the bank account number where we can send the money back.
