How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We ship goods listed as IN STOCK on the e-shop within 3 working days. What's more, even along with personalized embroidery, we can handle it within this time frame. If you indicate in the note that you are in a hurry for the package, we are able to embroider and send it the next day if you place the order by 12 noon. We ship goods that are marked WITHIN A WEEK within 7-10 working days of payment processing.

When will the product be in stock?

For products that are not in stock, we recommend setting up a watchdog. We regularly check the guard dogs and replenish the goods. We will send you an email as soon as the product is available again. Most often it is in 2-3 weeks ♡

Do you also deliver to Slovakia?

Yes, we deliver to Slovakia and other EU countries. In the top bar of the e-shop, you will find a flag that you just need to switch to the desired language. We deliver to Slovakia via Packet SK, either directly to the address or to delivery points. The carrier will deliver the shipment most often in 24-48 hours.

Is it possible to order cash on delivery?

We have canceled this option. If your payment gateway doesn't work, or you have another reason why you can't pay for your order electronically, write to us on our e-mail or Instagram and in exceptional situations we are willing to send the package by cash on delivery ♡

Will you wrap a package for me as a gift with a dedication?

Sure and very happy. You will not find invoices in our shipments. We only send invoices electronically. The package is ready and beautifully wrapped as a gift. You can let us know the wording of your dedication in the note and we will add it to the shipment along with a cute bow ♡

Where are Stay Little clothes made?

We sew clothes in the Czech Republic.

What materials do you use for your clothes?

We are very proud to be able to offer you 90% of children's clothing made from GOTS certified organic cotton. Choosing clothes for children made of certified organic cotton with the GOTS certificate has many advantages. In addition to saving the planet, organic cotton clothing has a beneficial effect on children's skin, which is very sensitive. Organic cotton is hypoallergenic and does not contain any chemicals that could cause irritation or allergic reactions on children's skin.

10% are made of high-quality 100% cotton products. Of course, certification for babies and children up to 3 years: OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 1st class.

Is it possible to have a logo or picture embroidered on the clothes?

Yes, we also offer this option. Just write the LOGO in the note in the order and send us its design as an attachment to an e-mail at info@staylittle.cz

What if I want a different font or embroidery color than what you offer?

If you want, for example, red embroidery, which we do not have in the variants on offer, you can write to us in the note that you want red embroidery. Of course, this also applies to other colors and fonts. Alternatively, contact us at objednavky@staylittle.cz or our Instagram
